What is Penforhire?

Have you ever wanted to write a book but didn’t know where to start?

Do you have an outline for a book or story to tell but don’t have the time to write it yourself?

Did you write a complete manuscript and wonder how to get it published?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, Penforhire can help! We specialize in all facets of the creative process and we want to bring your vision to life.

Writer at desk with notebook and pen.

How Penforhire Can Help

We offer hourly coaching for those who want the control of writing themselves but need guidance and support. Set as many or as few appointments as you need. Whether it is just overcoming a temporary obstacle or having someone you can trust by your side throughout the process, we are here for you!

If you don’t have the time or comfort level to write it yourself but know it must be done, our expert ghostwriting services are here to take your concept and put it into words. No project is too large or small.

When you’ve made it almost to the finish line with your book and stall, Penforhire has the editing, formatting, and design capabilities to bring that Word document to life in paperback, hardcover, and Kindle formats.

Being a published author has become a new measuring stick for how proficient one is in their field. While merely writing a book doesn’t make one better than someone who has not, it absolutely goes to credibility, reinforcing the author as a subject matter expert.

The art of storytelling is as old as the human race. Whether the tales were told verbally, pictorially, or with the written word, stories are integral pieces of who we are. At Penforhire, we believe everyone has a story to tell, and no one should be limited by a lack of time or know-how. With passionate writers on staff who work with all genres,
Penforhire is the right choice for your next project.

One of the most moving, compelling, and inspiring things a person can do is share their experiences with the world. It is also one of the most challenging things to do, even for the most experienced writers. Finding the right words to define one’s experiences, the questions to trigger the most distant memories, and the organizational skills to compile a lifetime of linear events into a well-written and page-turning book are all skills many cannot do themselves. Sitting with a Penforhire interviewer to uncover all this information can be the first step in being able to write it yourself or the push to realize the story needs to be told by somebody else.

Not all ideas are meant for a literary audience and some that are can also be well served visually. Getting on the big screen or streaming into millions of people’s homes is no longer as difficult as it once was. Today, there are more avenues than ever to have a movie, sitcom, or documentary produced for the masses. We are here to help turn any concept or completed manuscript into a screenplay so that you may reach your intended audience!

Why Work with Penforhire?

We think we are the best at taking the information out of your head and bringing it to life on paper, but we may be biased! Thankfully, our current and past clients feel the same, so we will use their words, not ours!

Should Have Known

CJ Amato

C.J. Amato grew up a typical New Yorker, flipping pizzas and learning in many restaurants across the city, becoming a chef. Which then led to a successful career in food sales. In 2017 C.J took a chance and opened a restaurant in Queens, New York. It was successful until the world changed in 2019. Suddenly C.J found a lot of time to kill. Re-finding his love for music, games, movies, and the passion for books. And the burning idea to write my own story. “But I’m no author!” The doubting voice said. “I never took a class or anything on writhing.” But there was a story that had to be told.

C.J was very lucky that one of his favorite authors is Brandon Sanderson. And Brandon teaches writing classes. “Too bad I can’t attend his class.” Good thing he posts all of his lessons on YouTube. I studied and started to write. 2 years of dreaming and surrounding my creativity with the right people, C.J’s book was in his hands. I am proud to be an indie author, and I hope you will join me on my writing journey.

Dig My Grave (Hymns From The Lighthouse. A dark fantasy tale. Book 1)

After The Great Divide left them isolated by monstrous water mountains.

After The Maker’s Massacre left them in darkness-leaving them in a world divided between Blue and Black.

Buried deep down in their home-holes, the families of The Five have been waiting for a long time for the catalyst that will spark The Maker’s Third Atrocity.

Time can yield countless possibilities.

Time finds a young Gracie No-Name sold to the Broken King Magnus Windbound. Her simple crime was being born to an unloving mother.

A generation earlier, time finds Summer. A girl with curly blue hair and gray-blue eyes born to a world of black hair and black eyes, named after the season of her abandonment.

Another generation later, Skye Wallace predictably found himself in his office lost in time-investigating God’s Cruelties. But Skye often finds himself reading about The Daughters of Light. Astonishing women, able to yield nature to their will, with just the snap of a finger.

Then stands the Gravedigger. A specter shrouded in black, burying this world one soul at a time, with every dig of its diamond shovel.
